Meditations

Studies show that music and sounds can impact the brain and one's overall emotional state.  Below you will find four short meditations to promote...

A calm and relaxed mind

Slow down one's heartbeat

Reduce blood pressure

Positively shift one's mood, emotions, and feelings

Bring overall peace and calm.

Place your cursor over mediation and let it play over and over.  We recommend you listen to the audio with your eyes closed.  Take slow deep breaths and, if you can, focus on something that brings you joy.  That may be a pet, hobby, activity or special person in your life.  You may find yourself more relaxed within moments.
